Several weeks back I had the honor of attending my daughter’s bridal shower hosted by her wonderful in-laws to be. Not only was the company great, but so was the food! The dish that stood out the most was the bacon and cheddar dip. It was so delicious that I swung by “the Pig” on my way back from Elkmont to grab the ingredients I needed to prepare some dip of my own. You talk about easy to prepare…all you do is open the packages and mix it up! I did, however, change up the recipe just a little, as you will see when you read the recipe on the back of the packet.
A big thank you goes out to Mrs.Kerry Willard for bringing the dip and sharing with us how to prepare it. When I shared it with my family, there were no complaints and nothing left! They ate it all!
