Tossed Fruit Salad – Cooking With Shelley

Shelley UnderhillWith all this nice weather we have had this winter, the fresh fruit is everywhere! I personally love a good cold cup of fresh fruit with a dollop of sweetened sour cream on top.

I threw this version together last week after hitting the jackpot in the fruit section at Publix. What I like most about it is that it stays firm and tasty for several days (if it lasts that long!)
