SportsFit is giving people an opportunity to spring forward into their summer bodies as they host their annual spring FitFest May 11th and 12th.
Their locations in Athens, Decatur, and Hayden will welcome community and gym members, and people of all ages to experience the free, fun-filled event! They will introduce all participants to the classes that they offer on a weekly basis and can be taken free of charge. They will give away 25 SportsFit T-shirts to the first 25 people who try out their classes. May FitFest will feature free food and drinks and a bounce house for children. They will also host multiple fitness classes each day, free of charge.
Around a dozen local vendors will be set-up around the facility giving participants a chance to try samples of organic food, vitamins, massages, body wraps, Essential Oils, win photography sessions, haircuts and more! Each vendor will have products to try from their businesses, as well as have a drawing for give-a-way with a larger item at the end of the event.
Representatives from ItWorks, Advocare, The Massage Institute, Chick-Fil-A, Herbs and More (Oil and Vitamin Shop), The Clubhouse (Indoor playground for kids ages 1-5), X-Treme Nutrition, Machete Golf (Teacher for golf lessons) and others will be on site.
Athens SportsFit offers a family-oriented atmosphere and is locally owned and operated. SportsFit provides over 200 fitness classes each month in its 24-hour fitness facility. It maintains an indoor pool, whirlpool and sauna, with free childcare included. Tanning is also available, as well as personal trainers on site. SportsFit utilizes Cybex equipment, and has the tools to help accomplish your goals, whatever the season.
