Talk about a treat! My mother came up with this version of stir fry cabbage. Not for the cholesterol conscious by any means. This version of stir fry cabbage will knock your socks off!
Named Mardi Gras Cabbage after its bright purple, green and gold colors, it is oh so appealing to the eye. I challenge you to fix it and see how well it’s liked. I enjoyed my portion of cabbage with a slice of pork lion that I prepared in the oven. Good stuff…
