Cooking With Shelley – Rice Sticks

7-4-2014 1-51-39 PMRice Sticks, have ya ever heard of them? I have noticed them in the ethnic section of the super market from time to time. I notice them most when I get on a kick to fix my own Chinese food. I would always see them and wonder how they were fixed. Well, I don’t have to wonder any more. My brother and I had a “Rice Sticks Cook Off,” and guess who won? No, really there was no contest, but we did have a lot of fun and learned a lot about the different kinds and brands of rice sticks. Since that cook off, I have tried several different versions. I really believe this one is the best. Email me and let me know if you try it. You can contact me at shelleysdesk@gmail.com Enjoy!
