I myself like pineapple just about any way you can serve it. This is a tasty dish served best when hot. The first time I tried it, I was in a little town in Mississippi right off the coast. I lost the recipe when it and all of my other recipes floated away in hurricane Katrina. I recently came across it again in an old cookbook at a flea market. Hope you and yours enjoy it.
