This is one of my favorite recipes…easy to make and everybody loves it! I can remember making it for my children when they were growing up. It just wasn’t summer at the beach without Jello Cake. This cool treat mixes just right with sunburns and sandy feet. It’s been a while since I challenged our readers to make a memory in the kitchen.
