Christmastime at my house is a time for celebrating family and friends. The house is decorated and every room is full of the Christmas Spirit. We LOVE Christmas and we love entertaining for the Holidays.
Every year, we host a Christmas party on the first Saturday of December. I plan for months what I am going to make, and this year was no different. One dish seems to always find its way on at least one Christmas party menu, my pesto torte.
My pesto torte is Christmas on a plate. It’s rich and decadent and is even the color of Christmas. Beautiful green pesto is mixed with cream cheese and layered with red tomatoes.
